If you live with anxiety, you may feel like your mind is always scanning for what could go wrong. Sometimes it shows up as racing thoughts. Other times it’s a tight chest, a restless body, or a sense that you can’t fully relax—even when things are “fine.”
In my work, I approach anxiety collaboratively. We slow things down, get curious about what your anxiety is trying to do for you, and build practical ways to respond differently—without forcing you to “just think positive.”
Common signs of anxiety
Overthinking, rumination, or difficulty shutting your mind off
Avoiding situations, conversations, or decisions
Irritability, tension, or feeling on edge
Sleep issues or fatigue
Physical symptoms like tightness, nausea, or a racing heart
A helpful first step
A starting point is noticing the pattern: What tends to trigger your anxiety? What do you do next to cope (even if it only helps short-term)? Together, we can map this out and create options that fit your values and your life.
If you’re considering therapy
